  Today my dad and I went through the drive through to order. First we were asked if we would like the chicken pecan salad sandwich which is what we went to get. My dad replied yes and the lady paused for a moment then said order whenever your ready. So he continues to place our order for two chicken salad sandwiches in meals. Then without asking what size we would like she continues to say okay anything else. My dad said to add onion ring to one order. She responded what do you mean, oh you ordered two? After we cleared the order she was very rushed when she repeatedly would ask if we wanted anything else. Thus feeling very rushed we didn't get the other item we wanted. We got our food and went home to eat. I opened my sandwich and saw that there was barley any thing on it, the piece of lettuce was 3 times smaller than the bread, and you could tell that the salad had been sitting for a while because the apples where brown and soggy. I brushed it off but as I continued to eat the bread began to taste like dish soap. I took another bite and the taste was stronger. So I stopped eating and tried the fries which were soggy and cold. My dad was looking over the receipt and noticed that the way she charged us for two meals was unusual. She put one meal. Then added another meal, curly fries, a large order of onion ring, a small punch (I ordered doctor pepper), and a small Sierra Mist. The total came to over $17. When one regular meal without any substitutions was $4.99 plus tax, tax being $1.24. Very disappointed in the Anderson Arby's food and service.
